NOTE: This figure is Hawk, he's a repaint of Flint but clearly is marked as being Hawk. The figure is cast in black plastic, making any flaws in coverage that much more noticable. His powder blue pants would have really benefited from a camoflague paint, instead he’s a military guy… wearing powder blue pants. Plus the gun and holster are also painted the same color. His bare arms suffer from the normal problem of skin tones painted over black, the black shows through. But the biggest issue are his suspenders, gloves and gun. They’re all metallic blue. Hey jester I got a question for ya.
I read your review, and in it you state he's "technically a new character". What do u mean by that? He's just a repaint of Flint and Hawk is already in the movie line.
Personally i think repainting a Flint to be Hawk kinda sucks. But I suppose not as much as designing a Hawk in the movie that looks like Flint. Dumb. I hated that turdcicle of a movie.

The packaging clearly refers to him as Hawk, not Flint. At the time of the release of that figure, no Hawk figure had come out yet so he is technically the first Hawk combat hero figure.
