Note: It's fairly obvious that Capt & Cable and Deadpool & Punisher got switched by marketers. If they hadn't, these two could have been some of the best two-packs.
Punisher What the hell were they thinking? This suit appeared in a few issues, shortly after the Death of Captain America. His smiling face, laser guns (seriously, look at those) and purple gimp suit are all at odds with being the Punisher. Even as a representation of the suit, it is horribly underdetailed. Yes, you recognize the suit if you know what it is but there are so many figures that should have been made before this one. D
Deadpool If his paint was better, this would be a near perfect figure. I wish the figure was holding a gun instead of two swords (and he has two more on his back!), but other than those two complaints, this figure's great. His pose works well, moving forward and looks like Deadpool (or as I heard a kid once saw "Spidey with swords!") Overall, really good figure. B+
As a two pack, I don't get it. These two characters have no real connection. A Cable & Deadpool and Capt & Punisher would have made much more sense.

Both are these characters have very nice attention paid to intricate detail.
Deadpool has a total of 4 swords. He has 4 pouches around his waist and about 5 more around his leg. My paint job is decent but could be better. The pose is pretty good. There is a lot of potential and variety in being able to position both blades up and down as well as the waist. However, Deadpool's pose versatility is undermined by his instability. If they had positioned his back foot wider by just a smidge, he would be able to withstand almost any pose without falling over in a very unninja-like manner. B-.
It's very hard to evaluate a figure for a character that you don't like. I just don't care for Punisher. Never have, probably never will. If I did have to have a Punisher figure, it wouldn't be this odd, obscure costume. It's a shame because the figure is nicely done. Two different guns, good articulation, lots of belts, pouches, straps, solid articulation. This one will end up on ebay. C-.

I think the Deadpool figure is excellent. Really nice pose and the face sculpt is terrific. My one's paint job lacks a bit, but it's still an excellent figure.
Punisher one the other hand is rubbish. Shame as he's one of my favourite Marvel characters, but i really don't care for this figure.

I was so tempted to write this whole review from the perspective of Deadpool, but for your sake, I decided against it. The last pack of wave 6 of the Super Hero Squad clearly is the other half of the Captain America & Cable pack, so be sure to read that one first. Keep reading: jestergoblin.com/?p=4325#more-4325
