 Jurassic Park Jr.

I apologize now if this has been brought up before. I looked but couldn't see it anywhere.

I have the complete line and they are almost exact SHS tie ins. In fact, I think these may have been the pre-cursor to the Galactic Heroes.

The dinosuars fit in perfectly with the Galactic Heroes and would look perfect if we ever get a Kazaar SHS figure.

Complete series Pictures on this site including packaged and loose. http://www.jptoys.com/collectible-database/jurassic-park-junior/index.htm

I'll admit they are not exact but while they lack articulation, they are the same size and make for good perhipheral characters for the various lines... well at least I like 'em ;)

Anywho, here's a couple of pictures showing various Jurassic Park Jr. figures, vehicles and dinos in relation to SHS & GH.

I like 'em too. I original got them for my daughters. It's what started me on collecting Hasbro's heroes, them and the Playskool Galactic Heroes.

Here's the web-site of the guy who designed them and the Original Galactic heroes. Not surprised to see the other lines he had a hand in...

Over the weekend I was finally able to find some JPJ stuff at a yard sale. Got a Pterosaur (Terrible Pterry). Mine is purple with a yellow beak. Thought it was neat. ;D

Nice score Mike! There were two different (at least as far as I know) colour versions.

I like the pop open wing action.

There's been talk about a new Jurassic Park trilogy in development. If it happens I bet we will get some new figures similar to these.
