But Wonderman did start out as a bad guy (if not villain) and was tricked by his brother into the whole thing.
All in all the series has actually played pretty true to a lot of things so far.

Actually, Klaw will likely reform in the appearance we have come to know. Also, I may be mistaken, but Wonderman has taken a form similiar to that in the show and was originally a badguy before eventually coming around. BTW: I freaking love this show! This is probably my favorite Marvel series after the 90's animated Spiderman cartoon. I really hope they keep the momentum going! Also, I'm praying Disney doesn't decide to a run of 26 episodes for syndication and then axe it like they did the Spectacular Spiderman---THAT would be disappointing. With Joe Q. having his hands on this project and taking the SHS under his wing as his pet project, I'm hoping we'll see more characters from the Avengers made into mini-figs. Time will tell....time will tell. -MTR

This last episode was probably my fave so far. Secret Invasion?!? Awesome. There's an Imaginext vehicle that would be perfect for making the Hydra Squid-Mobile thingee. If Santa was listening to my hints, it will be under the tree on Saturday.

The new Hydra dudes look easy to customize too. I think the neoViper head would work nicely. Seeing Mockingbird in action in her classic costume helped me decide which way to go with her. Good stuff. Hopefully it doesn't peter out like the latest Wolverine cartoon did. That too was awesome but it disappeared.

I knew you'd beat me to Mockingbird! I need to invent some kind of electronic spying device that will alert me to the inner workings of the Yaya Laboratories. Possibly an avian model.
NAME THAT REFERENCE YAYADAD!!

You've totally stumped me. I'm going for The Incredibles, those spy birds on the island, beyond that I cannot name that reference. Do I still get to spin the big wheel, Bob? Mockingbird will have to wait for a while. I've been granted access to Stark Industries Miniature Concepts Division.

For shame Yayadad!! Of all people I thought for sure you would remember Modok's robotic raven spy from the 90's Shellhead cartoon.

That's almost exactly what I said Yaya. Then my wife rolled her eyes at me like I did when she cried after Dumbledore died. I love this show so far. Unfortunately, it kinda makes SHS unwatchable for me.

Yes, Dumbledore's death was sad, but also pre-arranged, like Obi-Wan's in Ep4. Those old warriors know what their doin'. I've not watched SHS show for weeks. If some new character is introduced I make it a point, but Avengers rules. Now, when do we start bitching about some of those characters not being made into SHS?

Super late to this party, but I picked it up on DVD. I'm loving how this is shaping up (currently on episode 10).
Absolutely fantastic show, though the theme gets grating after hearing it every 20 minutes.
Edit Just finished the first half of season 1, this is amazing and exactly what a Marvel cartoon should be. I just wish there there were non-Avenger heroes as cameos.
On to the second half of the season!

I'm with Jestergoblin, it's a great show and I'm also very late getting into it, though I haven't gotten sick of the theme yet. I think I first saw one of the Masters of Evil episodes and thought it was really pedestrian, and passed up the DVDs when they were on sale. I had been burned by "Ultimate Avengers" and the cancellation of Spectacular Spider-Man. But they just put it up on the Netflix, I watched more closely and wow! I was really quite blown away by how faithful they were to the continuity(ies). It's a bit of a slow build and I got a little impatient waiting for Hawkeye and the Hulk to get back in, but the little character beats and the big hero moments are fantastic. This show beat "Ultimate Avengers: The Movie" by a mile. It's a great show. I hope they get enough support to get a full run and then some.
