Bishop is a Skrull...that is why he is doing what he's doing in Messiah CompleX But we learned that Bishop was trying to stop his future from becoming a reality. That's why he was trying to kill the baby. The Skrull on the X-Men is so definitely Cyclops. He's sending X-Force to kill the Purifiers, Wolverine to kill Mystique, and I heard he's going to have the New X-Men kill the New Brotherhood. That's so out of character for him and it'll end up in the deaths of supers, which is bonus for the Skrull.

Anyone know what happened here, I haven't read anything new in over a month. Typical of Marvel though, eh?
PS. Cyclops is going to turn out to be a Skrull.

Cyclops isn't a Skrull.
The Cyclops in Young X-Men is likely Donald Pierce or one of his minions.
Manipulating the Young X-Men to kill Sunspot allows him to regain control of the Hellfire Club.
As for X-Force and sending Wolverine to kill Mystique. Both those are well in character for Cyclops at this point after Messiah Complex. He's fed up with playing the reactive role when Purifiers kill students or mutants, and has simply gone on the offensive. As for Mystique, as many times as she's screwed the X-Men... this has been a long time coming.

That's simply a Skrull Variant Cover.
They're doing them for a lot of series. It has no relation to who is a Skrull.
