Alright, So here are my entries for the last contest. And a new one! So my son an i were getting tired of waiting for the SHS Ant Man figure's price to drop on ebay. Then the movie was announced, and there was no hope. So we had this weird Imaginext Bug Pilot guy. And my son was like "let just use this to make Ant Man". So we started him. We originally went with the classic Hank Pym design. Now since the older Imaginext figures were just blank molds with the costumes paint on, we decided that would be easiest. But i like detail so i decided to use my dremel to carve out the lines for the gloves and boots. Gloves came out great but the boots were kinda iffy. Then we saw the movie costume and thought of trying that, but immediately realized that it would be too hard with the helmet we have (and adding all that detail). Then the Marvel Heroes online game released their character based of the Marvel Now design for Scott Lang, and we had out winning design. Added some sculpt to the body and the Helmet. Helmet is removable (see the other picture). And for fun, this was the original figure. That's where we got the Joker plane from. Too many extra Spider-Man toys leads to this. It took a while to fill in all most of the groves where the web designs went. Then i just added the spikes. Poor Canada. They really want a tent pole super hero to make their country seem cooler. I mean, sure they have Alpha Flight, but most people don't know who they are. So in an effort to increase their global image, they recruited an amazing Canadian to don the mantel of CAPTAIN CANADA! And it was Deadpool who excepted. Unfortunately he found out that the costume was originally intended for Wolverine and he had turned the job down. Hence why the costume is too short. Deadpool immediately resigned. From Deadpool Special Issue #1000. Yaaar! It be Pirate Deadpool! Shawn Crystal's design has been so popular among Deadpool Fans that it has showed up in both the Super Hero Squad on-line game and Marvel Heroes 2015. I started this figure over 2 years ago, and have just working on him piece by piece slowly ever since. The hat and the guns are from the Imaginext Pirate figures. Though there gun was longer, i made a mold and 2 resin casts which i then dremelled down to the size/shape i wanted. Oohh and my AIM base. I almost forgot about this. With about a week before the base contest was due, i got the inspirate to use the Imaginext Future Cop Mech base thing. My son was already using this base for all his marvel villians anyways. One can of yellow spray paint later and Voilà, he now has an AIM base.

Deadpool might be the coolest figure, but the paint job on AntMan is stunningly detailed and soooo precise.
Kudos to you my friend.

So i finally got off my lazy butt and finished a figure. My son and i started playing the mobile Marvel Contest of Champions game and we really liked the Joe Fixit character. So this was going to be a present for the last day of Hanukkah. But i couldn't finish it in time (almost 45 days late) so i finally gave him my Thunderbolts Agent Venom figure he had been bugging me for. There is a decent amount of sculpted added to this as it was just a near bare chested hulk figure in torn shorts. I hated doing the pin stripes. i will never do that again. Unless someone wanting a commission if willing to pay $300. That's right! So many touch ups to get this little lines perfect. HATED IT! Figure looks cool though. We might put a Tommy Gun in his hand at some point.

Looks great. You could probably pick up a 1/6 scale machine gun for him.

It's Deadpool if he was an Horseman of Apocalypse. They are going to be doing Variant covers of different heroes in that form. I want to go SHS size.

Idk why but for some reason I instantly thought of this snake eyes when looking at him and either a Freddy Krueger head, a cast of your unmasked deadpool head (like your unmasked deadpool custom) or a custom made head on it. Also have you seen Deadpool 2099? I picked it up and found it pretty interesting

Finally got off my lazy butt and made another one! Again from the Deadpool Kills Deadpool miniseries, comes... i'm gonna call him DeadEyePool. He was in two panels. They Hawkeye base figure is always a pain to work with as the pegs were made separate and always pop out of the arms before popping out of the body. For one arm i had to remake the peg, which didn't work and required it to be super glued in place. Then i tried, again, using a hot glue gun to warm up the should hole before trying to re attach the other arm. As long as it's barely warm, it works fine. too hot though and it warps forever. So yeah i warped it. This caused the arm to not fit in all the way. So i had to drill from the other side to break the peg, so i could pull it out, dremel down the peg, and then just super glue the whole damn thing in place. Not happy with my first custom back in a long while. The arrow tip for the base figure i bought had been broken off. SO i decided to give him a boxing glove arrow. Figured I'd drop this here for you. Deadpool and the Mercs for Money. Yeah i might try to make Mad Cap deadpool at some point, if i can find a cheap Deadpool.
