Wow. Nice job. I'm having elementary school flashbacks.
Fridge made me LOL. I love Jinx and Chuckles. And that vulture is hilarious. (Although I don't remember watching any GI Joe with a vulture.)

Couple of questions:
What does the "year" pertain to? Is that the year GI Joe introduced these characters? I'm totally unfamiliar with the CH line.
And what did you use to make those wings for the Nemesis Enforcer?

The year pertains to when the figure was first released.
The wings on Nemesis Enforcer are form a dragon I found in a random toy bin at a thrift store.

Many of the characters made by Hasbro were never seen in the cartoon series but did appear in the Marvel Comics.

I just realized I didn't give Mindbender his other eye. I will need to fix that. If all goes good today I will have the following done:
