Brainiac's ship was created with styrofoam and PVC pipes.....I ran out of putty, so I wasn't able to fix any of my "oops" that you might have seen. This project took a lot of time and creativity but I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. Love the picture of MYXZPTLK and Bat-Mite together. Awesome ship too. Did you use some sort of heat source to cut the Styrofoam?

............Did you use some sort of heat source to cut the Styrofoam? Christmas my family got me a foam cutter table, which is awesome. It allowed me to cut Starro and Brainiac's ship, this was my last project/custom until July or so........time to start packing D's |

So I'm packing up my collection.....and I realized that most of my customs needed to be "touched-up" with a new coat of paint. Then it came across to me that I haven't posted any updated pictures of my collection (since AUG 2015). So I decided to take this time to knock out both of these issues, before they go in a box....lol I'll post a Marvel & DC set each day until I've completed everything in my room......If you have any questions about a figure/playset or vehicle that I've done, please don't hesitate to ask a question. I'm also posting info on each team/set that I post, for example (my 1st listing below - Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D). The information that I'll provide is the name of the set, Company (Marvel/DC) and the style the set its in (Super Hero Squad / Action League / Playskool or ImagiNext). I'll name every figure in the set (if the name is bold italic, then its a custom). Then I'll list my play-sets or vehicles that I own that go with that set. Then after the pictures, I'll also provide "future" figures/playset or vehicles that I'm planning on creating for this set. This is a lot of info but someone asked me a few weeks ago "what am I working on next" and "how do I come up with characters that I customize"........I keep track and work off of a large excel spreadsheet that I'm sharing with everyone now.
