I kind of gave up on Marvel Legends, but not completely. I used to be a completest but now i dont have much money to buy all variants for every character so I'll just settle and get whoever is released and that I don't have (example: I already got the toybiz ugly elektra so I didn't get the new hasbro 2-pack and just bought a loose Ronin on e-bay).
anyways, reason for my withdrawal is because IM SUPER EXCITED ABOUT THE 3 3/4 Marvel universe line (fury files). Anybody else on this forum gonna collect these?
Every forum I go to, there's at least one or two A-holes thats gonna says "this line is ugly" or "screw this line, stick to ML". If ya feel like saying that please don't post it on this thread, or just start a separate "I hate marvel 3 3/4" thread. I just want to see if my marvel 3 3/4 specie is rare.
happy holidays guys.

I may pick up a few for my desk (Green Goblin & Spider-Man) but not much else. I used to collect very heavily of ML (not quite a completist, everything but chase variants) but it got way too expensive and I quit when Hasbro took over. I'll wait for the reviews on these before purchasing.
Though if any company can do 3 3/4s, it's Hasbro.

Not liking the size or the look of the 3 3/4 inch figures so far, I'll wait till I see em in stores though before I decide if it's worth my $$'s. ;D
Oh and I have these ML for trade/sale if someone just can't live without having one of each. I couldn't keep up and then I didn't love what happened with the figures at the Hasbro switch.

I can't wait for the line. I've never been a big fan of 6" figures.
So the scale and everything has me excited. Already have a case pre-ordered.

I love the look of these, but have yet to see any out in the UK. They were at the toyfair though, so hopefully they'll appear soon!

I think most of these look really good...there are exceptions, like Punisher, but generally I think this line is shaping up nicely. I have no intention on collecting it...it's a bit too pricey for my blood. I collected Marvel Legends for AGES (since day one with Toy Biz) and literally had every figure including all of the chases and variants from Spider-man Classics series 2 ( yellow Daredevil) until ML Series 15 ( The MODOK Set with the Classic Wasp, Destroyer, Julia Carpenters Spider-woman,etc). I sold all of my chases off once hasbro took over and trimmed my 6" collection down to keeping my core teams (Classic Avengers, The X-men, Fantastic Four, Spidey vs. The Sinister 6 and a few asst. rogues), as I didn't care for hasbro's treatment of the 6" line and felt it would be ending sooner than later. Hopefully though they keep this new 4" scale going for a long time for those who choose to collect it. The sculpts are generally really solid and the articulation is great for a figure at this scale. Plus character selection seems pretty awesome so far. Goliath FTW!

I'll probably snag a few favorites here and there. What I'm really psyched about is the fan's choice voting that'll be starting soon.

These look great! But didn't Marvel already do this with the SuperHero Showdown? Or were they a different scale?
I saw them in the store next to the DC Infinite Heroes. Y'know, the Infinite heroes don't look that bad. Not as good articulation especially in the female figures but not too bad.
Like Joe, though, I don't think I'll collect these either. $12.99 Canadian for one figure?? Yikes...

anyone here going to vote for the 5 new figures Here's the link to the vote page: CLICKI voted for Cloak & Dagger (can't break em up!) Dormammu (if he's on here they must have Strange and maybe Mordo planned already) Brother Voodoo (what can I say I've liked him since the only time I saw him in Contest of Champions, not like anyone else will be voting for him!) Hellfire Soldier (classic cool)

IMO, these' look MUCH better then the DC Infinite Crisis figures. I saw Iron Fist in Target and had to have him *and at 6.99$ the price is decent. I also picked up a Johnny Storm. Love the sculpting, the paint apps look GREAT (Iron Fists chest for instance), and there's tons of articulation for such a small figure. 2 best lines to come out in the past 12 months are these and the DCUC line, easy.
