Just out of curiosity... Am I the only one who really doesnt care for these figs? Maybe years ago, when I was a kid I woulda liked em - GIJoe size and all. But now they seem a bit of a downgrade from Legends and the like (not that I ever collected them either, just sayin). I guess I dont understand the appeal. And considering that both companies have jumped to this size, I guess I feel like the odd one out. What do u guys see in them? Btw, I posted this in a new thread per Hellions request, so not to be an A-hole.

I saw him the other day. And the Wolverine & The Xmen figs too. Still not impressed.
One thing I can say is they seem to look better then the DC:IH. They dont look good @ all. Id take JLU over that anyday.

the Marvel Universe figures are a thousand times better than DC Heroes. the Universe figures also almost have the same articulation as the Legends figures. However, I see your point, why downgrade? I have collected Legends since the beginning and will not touch the Universe figures. I feel that Hasbro just wants to make more by selling the 4" figures for $8 while the Legends were $10

I feel that Hasbro just wants to make more by selling the 4" figures for $8 while the Legends were $10 Cost of production has almost triple over the last decade since the start of Marvel Legends, combined with the weakening dollar and a lower demand for toys in general, figures are getting more and more expensive. It's part of the business. Keep in mind, Marvel Legends were $15 for the Hulk series and Target Exclusives.
