me and the kid picked these up at target on saturday.
the interesting part is the poster that comes with them has changed quite a bit. it is now more of an activity page with stickers. it still has the catalog stuff, but now has mazes, dot to dot, coloring pics and tic tac toe. very much like a kids placemat at denny's or other restaurants. the opposite side has the poster type pic and the catalog stuff.
the sets apparently come with a random set of two stickers. unfortunately, 4 out of the 5 sets i got came with anakin/ashoka, and the other set was obiwan/clonetrooper.
you wonder why I got five sets, I got an extra clone gunner / rocket battle droid set.

your hooked now man, no way to stop. ;D you probably saw the email from bbts, time to preorder cinema sets.
We started collecting gh when they were still playskool. b4 wasn't even born yet, but he got all the playskool sets and the first two waves for xmas when he was two. the figures used to all fit in a small toolbox, now the hero collection takes up five small toy drawers an two under the couch bins for vehicles and playsets. I have no idea where we will keep the at-at or helicarrier, but I know we will be getting them.
don't try to fight it, just go with it.

Thankfully, I have no attachment to the series (hearsay, I know) so I'm only buying figures that I think look cool or were fun to play as in the Lego games.

I saw this new wave at Target today in Phoenix. Nothing exciting in it for me, not even fodder wise.

GRAAAAAAAAAGH! I hate GH packaging. It's so unnecessary.
Also why is Goldie & Ashoka the same price as R2 and 2 jawas?
And Darth Vader/Stormtrooper is a disappointment. Vader is a very minor repaint (oynx shoulders instead of silver) and his lightsaber is still painted, not clear.
