Any recommendations on a strong glue to reapply arms and other appendages?

Any kind of super glue should do the trick. Apply it to one side and press the two pieces together for 30 seconds then let it dry. There are several versions of super glue, Gorilla Glue makes a good one, Loctite is another. Small bottle can be found anywhere like walmart or target or grocery stores.

Like rusty mentioned, I use the Loctite stuff and it works great. The only complaint I have is that is that it will dry up in the nozzle applicator and you have to cut it down periodically, then eventually it becomes useless and totally plugged,

Yeah, you can only ever use like 2/3 of the bottle before the nozzle becomes plugged up. But it's still cheap enough it's not that big of an inconvenience. I always wipe the tip of the nozzle with a paper towel after I'm done using it. This helps a little.

search target, they may have bottles of the loctite super glue with a brush in the cap instead of the worthless pen cap. that is the best thing to have.

If you bust an arm off but you want to keep articulation, you can try using a very small drill bit, screwing it in by hand, and then using a very small screw to hold the arm on. I tried it on my She-Hulk. It's not the prettiest but I think I could make it more workable with more practice. It does keep the arm on and preserves articulation, but the tough part with She-Hulk is the angle of the arms. I'm going to try it again soon with a busted Psylocke.
