I didn't think we needed whole category for Mighty Muggs, but I did think there was enough interest for it to be more than a thread, so it is now a sub-board in the Non-SHS toys.

I disagree. People were talking about Mighty Muggs much more than they were about Galactic Heroes, Indiana Jones, and Robot Heroes COMBINED. I'm moving it back so it is at least visible from the front page and we can take a poll on it. I couldn't navigate to this sub-board from the front page of the site.

We'll keep it here for now, but as you know with the possible changes it wouldn't fit as a category.

I believe this series is trying to cash in on the Vinyl toy craze similiar to that of Dunnies. Here's a reference link: kidrobot.com/content.cfm?section=dunny

That's definitely what they're trying to do, vinyl toys are a huge draw now. Then, you go and give them familiar faces: golden!

The difference is, Mighty Muggs are much cheaper than most Urban Vinyl figs, yet still retain the look and overall cool factor. Plus, they're a damn big toy for $9.99.

Yep, Previews.
Anybody know when this was in there? This has got to be some kind of pre-sell, right?

Found it. They're listed in the July Previews. I say they because there's also a Shadow Trooper! I own an online comic shop, and I'll post a link to order these once they get solicited so that folks without a local comic shop have a chance to get them. Fair warning though, SRP on these is $19.99!
