Quick and short, I LOVED the story, Ed Norton did BADASS!. CGI was disapointing. NO NEED TO STAY AFTER CREDITS. I did, nothing happened. Just saving some time for my fellow Squad members!

I really, really enjoyed The Incredible Hulk. It was waaaaaaaaaaaaay better than Ang Lee's hulking pileof crap from a few years ago. The story was well done, the acting was really good, and Norton OWNS Banner now...Bana has nothin on him.
I really lked Abomination...the alterations to his comic look did not bother me. He was still every bit an 'abomination' of nature, plus he was badass so it's all good. Also liked the set up of other villains and the very end gave me goosebumps! If you're up in the air on seeing it, DO IT. Don't let that other movie that was a wannabe hulk movie sway your judgement. This one's the real deal and everything you'd expect/ hope for from a Hulk flic!

lou leterrier said he would put a scene with captain america that was cut from the original version(due to time and the fact that banner almost commits suicide)on the internet soon.YAY

Loved Norton as Hulk. Then again I love Norton as anything. Abomination looked great, Tim Roth was a good pick. But I can honestly say I hate Liv Tyler. She makes a good elf but I think thats a far as she goes. Why does she always talk like shes out of breath!? For the midnight showing I went too, the theater was pretty empty But I feel like I can finally put the horrible Ang Lee disaster behind me. *phew*

I agree with everybody. The best Hulk movie you could ever ask for with the exception of Tyler. (I woulda traded her for Donnelly.) And I love the TONS of nods to the comic and TV show. Awesome touch.
As for the supposed deleted Cap scene, I dont think is one. Its a misunderstanding. All there was was what we saw. Technically he was there.

Just saw it, great movie. All of my complaints stemmed from the Hulk as a character more than the portrayal in the film. I would go as far to call is as good as Iron Man in regards to being a worthwhile adaptation.

I loved it, even more than Iron Man.

We saw it Friday morning as well (the kids and I). LOVED it. My almost 3 year old freakin' went crazy over Hulk and we had to stop at Target and buy him Abmonation. You would think he would have been freaked out, but nope - that kid is a Marvel fanatic already...ha! Liv Tyler pretty much gets on my nerves - but Edward Norton was awesome.

Looks like Wes was right... From Comics2Film: -------------------------------------------------- C2F: The Captain America thing has come up quite a bit this week. Are you sorry that you mentioned it to G4?
Leterrier: Yeah!
I love that. I could have said anything. I wanted to say I'm directing the "Smurf" movie.
No...it's true! It's true! You just have to open your eyes and you will see it.
C2F: Will we literally see a man who is Captain America?
Leterrier: You will see a man! [laughs]
You'll see it. You'll like it.
C2F: I did not notice it in the screening I saw earlier this week.
Leterrier: The entire movie has not been released yet.
And I'm not talking about the DVD extras. I'm talking about something else, something different.
There's a sequence that's going to be seen on the internet some time very soon. Maybe today or tomorrow.
Go see the movie again. Maybe you'll see it in the movie. That's what's fun about it. Don't you think it's fun? It's an easter egg hunt. That's what it is. -------------------------------------------------- What the hell does he mean when he says "the entire movie has not been released yet. And I'm not talking about the DVD extras. I'm talking about something else, something different"? I think hes screwin with us.

Maybe he means like they did with Iron Man. When my girlfriend and I went to go see it, we didn't have the Fury scene attached to the end after the credits. I had to go see it again a few days later, and THEN I saw it. And no, it wasn't 'fun'...it sucked...I felt like I was getting screwed out of something other people got to see! Granted, Iron man Rocked hard and I planned on seeing it twice anyway..plus I got to see it for free the first time...but that's irrelevent. After hearing people yak about that scene for no less than a month prior to the film's release, I wanted to see it myself.
As for the Cap scene. I really enjoyed the Hulk...Loved it because it's wht a Hulk movie should be. Was it better than Iron man? No. Iron Man is the new standardand is going to be tough to beat. Mainly because it nailed EVERYTHING on the head. But TIH was A lot of fun and still an alla round good movie.
That said...I wanna see the cap cameo now, damnit!

Hmm...maybe youre right bud. In that case, I think I know what hes referin to. I wont say cuz I want to keep this thread spoiler free. But it sorta suggests what I was sayin earlier: there IS no real Cap cameo. And btw, I agree with your Iron Man and Hulk statements 100%.
