I've caught it. Have you!?!
Opening ceremonies tonight on NBC. Events all day tomorrow starting at 9am on NBC. 24 hour coverage starting at 1am on CNBC, MSNBC, and USA.
Woohoo!
Seriously folks, I will be spending as much of my free time as possible (and some time at work, shh) watching as much of the Olympics as I can for the next two weeks. You should too. Not just because it's your duty as a patriotic American, but because it's friggin' AWESOME!!!

I am majorly looking forward to the swimming, diving, gymnastics and some of the track and field. I watch some of the other stuff randomly, but those are the main ones I watch. I am way excited, but I find the opening ceremonies kinda borring.

It's starting already? I don't know whether that's proves I don't watch enough news, or just don't care. They don't really excite me - sports never have.
I might check in if I'm bored though.

Opening ceremonies are fricking AMAZING. Wow, I'm speechless. Anyway, I'll be watching all the Basketball USA games, plus the Boxing and possibly some other things. B-Ball and Boxing are my 2 favorite sports though, so that's a given.

Opening ceremonies were awesome. The scale of the thing was amazing.
I enjoy all of the kind of odd events. If you don't know what I mean by odd, I'm currently watching judo, rowing, sailing, and badminton. I just finished men's air pistols (China won the gold, btw).
If you can you should check out nbcolympics.com's online player. It's bad ass, and it lets you picture in picture 4 events at once.
