Do any UK or European members collect these? I think they're awesome and have been trying to find a good online site to buy some Gormiti Atomic from. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just looked these up and think they're freaking sweet! It looks like there's a TON of figures, though. I dunno how US collectors could collect them all without a ton of moolah to invest. They kindof remind me of Battle Beasts and Trashbag Bunch. I would have loved playing with these as a kid.

Its not something I would collect, but some of the designs are pretty cool. Is it based off a TV show or something, or is it just a toy line?

They're part of a card/figure based game and there's cartoon series. I'm really only looking for characters from the Atomic Line, mostly People of the Forest. I don't want to go the expensive and/or ebay route. You can learn more about the types of figures here: www.gormiti.co.uk/gormiti/index.php

Do you think these will ever get ported to the US? I wouldn't mind collecting them if I could get them from wave 1.

I read on a Gormiti specific collectors forum that the US might see them in 2009. But who knows how reliable that source was.

Don't know if anyone cares but Gormiti has been released in America. Found a bunchload of them last night next to the Bakugon crap at Target. They had 4 packs and 2 packs that contained translucent package figures from Atomic. The figures seem to come in two sizes: Normal, which is about half an inch smaller than most normal heroes depending on the sculpt. The other size, larger size, are Leader type characters you get in the 4 packs which are on scale with most of the lines we prefer. I think they're cool for monsters but was hesitant to buy because of the selection and fear of starting a new addiction when I barely even have money for the old one. The translucent figures did look cool though, for what they had. Bummer that they mostly all have no POAs. 4 packs $9.99, 2 Packs $5.99

I've almost picked some up several times. I used to collect Battle Beasts back in the day but these guys don't look as good.
