Wow, I'm looking some of these up on ebay to get an idea of what to charge and I'm surprised at the prices these are selling for. A lot of the cinema scenes and vehicles are worth a lot more than I thought. Some of the 2 packs are apparently pretty rare too. It appears you get a lot more if you put a Buy It Now on your auctions as opposed to just letting it go auction style.

Be sure to check under COMPLETED AUCTIONS for an accurate idea of what things are SELLING for.

It appears you get a lot more if you put a Buy It Now on your auctions as opposed to just letting it go auction style. It depends. Sometimes, depending on various circumstances, the auction could go thru the roof and get you more. Or, if youre unsure @ what people will pay for it at the time, you may set the BIN price too low and lose out. On the other hand, get greedy and set it too high and it might just sit there forever. |

Yeah the prices were all over the place. They are also skewed by shipping costs too. Some people hike up the shipping to $12 for a 2 pack and end up selling the 2 pack for a few bucks. I check completed listings but a lot of the 2 packs werent even on there...so i have no idea what to charge for most of them??

Don't forget that you can take the auction down if there's a certain amount of time left. That way you can put it up and see if you get anywhere near what you wanted, and if you don't, just take it down. Unfortunately a lot of good bidding happens at the end, so you can't really anticipate that.

All good & big bids snipe in at 10s as well as bogus bids.
You should sell it direct to the users above that offer such good help to you.. Like Xfan
.. Local cash is best, I did a $300 local lot once also. Paid more than it was worth but less pain.
if you need the extra one or two dollars be prepared for taking the eBay head aches as they come. Plenty of buyers non-shs never completed their contract.
I recall one of the users here had $2500 worth of shs with rates but did
not want to work on multiple bis so took the 1 bid @ $999.
With that much stuff you got ,
not too many people have that kind of $.

Yeah, maybe you should consider using Craig's List, that way you can list it all and not have to worry about shipping. People could then take as much or as little as they want. Or you can make up prices for each figure and sell them on here, I'm sure you'll do a bit better selling here rather than eBay.

I thought about Craigslist but I'm probably not going to be able to find someone locally that is a serious GH collector and willing to pay the going rate for these figures.
I think i'm going to lot out the 2 packs and sell the cinema sets/vehicles on ebay. I have been selling quite a bit of stuff on there lately and its been working out.
I also have done a few deals already with a few of the guys above. I'd much rather sell this stuff to you guys than on ebay because I'm a fellow collector myself and it saves me some hassle of listing and fees.

Hey X, I updated my list on page 1 to reflect what I've sold. I also have a deal pending for 13 2-packs that I also took off the list. Let me know really soon if you want anything. I'm probably going to start listing the cinema scenes/vehicles tonight and the 2 packs over the weekend.
