Odd eBay findings - New Captain America?

Was browsing eBay and came across a few interesting things from a seller who is clearly making casts of figures. shop.ebay.com/lauramex72/m.html

There are some clear Robot Heroes, a yellow (and unarticulated) Ultimate Rhino.

But most odd is the Captain America who is a new sculpt:


Thoughts? Looks to be unarticulated to me.

kinda odd choices. wouldn't the rarer figs be more profitable? yes they look unarticulated to me too.

I had read that Cap was a prototype for the movie line.
