Tweets from the Hasbro pesentation at TF 2011 say that Galactic Heroes Line has ended and will be replaced by Jedi force. They look skinner Less chunk more articulation. Lots of vehicles that convert into playsets.

What was Hasbro thinking cancelling such a cool line when it had so much life left in it. There were so many more figures they could have released if they had only moved away from the Clone Wars repeats and done more Classic Trilogy Figures. How about two packs of the Max Rebo Band or Taun Taun without having to buy the whole Cinema Scene. So many more cantina or Cloud City figures that could have come. This line ended up being poorly marketed and focused more on the Clone Wars series then looking to what the older aged collector wanted, which if they did their research they would find more adults were collecting this line than children. Not Happy. The Jedi Force figures look no where near as good and the first wave are straight back to figures that kept being repeated in Galactic Heroes. Enough Darth Vaders already.

Are you kidding me? First Combat Heroes, then the Galactic Heroes, and last but not least the Adventure Heroes. I completely agree with heroesrealm Hasbro could have at least kept the line going. I'm glad the Robot Heroes toyline was canned because the figures were terrible and had nothing to do with the Heroes lines whatsoever. Heres what I think Hasbro should have done with GH, SHS, and CH. I think Hasbro could have kept the Galactic Heroes line going until it's expired date. And SHS going until it's expired date also. And CH going for a long time or possibly forever to make it the longest lasting Heroes line. I just don't get why SHS is still going strong while the Adventure Heroes, Combat Heroes, and the Galactic Heroes have died.

Im diasppointed that hasbro didnt make thier longest and pioneering heroes line go out with a bang.. I mean 2 cinema scenes that came together to be the jedi council would've been an awesome ending.. or even a fans choice wave.. hopefully they will realize they did wrong and have it be an online exclusive line or bring the line back comletely .. they could also have online exclusive waves for CH and AH and RH.. and some SHS .. I bet if they did that they would still be successful enough to continue at least as online exclusive series.. for the collector and serious kid collectors too..

I get the death of the Adventure heroes - finite number of characters among the four movies, unless they branched out into the Young Indy Chronicles. I hate the death of CH, but that was inevitable as it was a poor seller. I am shocked that SHS continues - but it is supported by a cartoon, a comic, and at least one more mature cartoon on DXD and movies that are coming out later. It is absolutely idiotic to have it continue while creating this new line that will be its replacement. I guess they had a few really awesome figures coming that wanted to get into folks hands. But the worst decision was ending Galactic Heroes. Granted, the line has been always managed well - the year delay on the TRU exclusive packs that now fill the shelves was a very poor decision. Not producing the iconic vehicles - particular a regular tie fighter - was not a great decision. But overall, this seems to be a strong line even now. The latest wave isn't able to stay on the shelves here - or at HTS. I guess the powers that be felt like SW fans will buy whatever for their kids - and even a whole new set. For me, I will probably just buy the landspeeder and new vehicles as they come along - but not repeat anything.
