If you get Krylon FUSION Primer (usually in grey) you needn't prep the surface beyond making sure it's clean! Hope that helps!

Well, I'm on break from school... It's not entirely done. I need to do more work on the banners. Well? The photos are from my cell phone, so the painting on the stone isn't as clear as I'd like, when I get my better camera I'll post new pics.

The entire exterior has been repainted, I will do another lay or two of sponge painting for the exterior.

JG: What did you do there where the fron cannon swing-down arm was?
And were you able to seperate the castle from the base of rocks?? I can't get those little tabs to "disengage" to save my life...was thinking I'd have to destry them to get it out.

I was able to take the castle apart from the base. It took a while. Try putting it in really hot water to make it more malleable.
