Maybe with a hairdryer.

Yeah a lot of times they will use a hairdryer. Also a soldering iron works well too. Just youtube search terms like: transformers, heat popping, pin popping; and some videos should come up of people doing it.

Got a little overzealous with some spray paint and it looks kinds bubbly (crappy!) on some areas. Anybody have any luck sanding on the vehicles?
If so, wet or dry? Grit number would help too.
Thanks!

I haven't done it, but if it happened to me I'd let it dry completely and start with a fine grit and get courser if that doesn't work.

Sorry FB, no experience with any airbrushing. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Actually, I was just going to use it for paint cans. It has been really humid here in StLouis for a couple weeks and I should have waited to paint in the first place.
Before too long it will be too cold to paint outside too.

So i've been working on doing some molds, so i figured i'd post some of my progress and tips.
Send me a message if you want to me try and mask a resin cast of something. I don't have all the figures, but quite a lot.

How do you guys disassemble Imaginext figures? Does the chest cavity have to be split open to get the arms and legs out without cutting or something? Darn. i was really hoping someone had answered this post.
