The weather is terrible. Five inches of snow and 20 degrees outside. I can't spray primer or spray finish my customs in the garage and let them sit. I have to spray and move them inside. Finally got done with one I started in November. Enough about me... Dude you rock. Those are sweet. I love Mr Negative and the pearly paint on the suit, looks like silk. What is Stiltman made from? I see no SHS parts anywhere. Would he be considered a "Mega"?

YayaDad: Sounds like my weather...you anywhere near Missouri??
Stilt-Man: I have been wanting to do this character for months and finally came up with the idea of using compatible legs from a larger scale figure. Found a green and purple Lex Luthor on eBay + the torso and arms from a Buzz Lightyear Toy Box Heroes figure that is flipped upside down because the neck end was wider than the waist end (had to flip the arms too, obviously) + the head is actually an Adventure Heroes Ugha Warrior...had to sculpt on the helmet after trimming off the ears and pony tail. The rest is just odds and end pieces for the antennae and ear pieces are sculpey too.
So, I took a little "creative license" thinking with Stilts.

Have to say your customs are getting better and better. Love both Stilt Man and Mr. Negative. Painting is great and Stilt's legs are inspired. Keep up the good work! Makes we wish I could spend more time on SHS customs and less at work. sigh. BTW, it's close to 100 degrees here Down Under.

Great customs, as usual. Your paint apps are so clean. Mind if I ask what type of paint you're using?

Thanks for the nice words gentlemen. I use Folk Art paints that I find at Michaels (best variety) and Wal-Mart.
Michaels has them on sale for $.89 all the time.

grabdsldfbbable!
Now I know how you felt after I made Madam Masque.
Absolutely exceptional work on Iron Patriot. Pretty much identical to the one I planned.
Ms Marvel Moonstone looks good. Sure, Ms. Marvel's body would have probably been a better base (and would have gotten around those awkward boot lines). Is her head Baroness's?
And nice application on the hand ninja

Sweet revenge! Sorry about stealing the Patriot buddy. can't wait to see yours though.
Ms Marvel was going to be too pricey to use as a base, so I went with Baroness and Emma Frost instead. I do like the evil grin she's got going on though.
Yeah, I like the black Ninjas from the Wolverine comic with Gorgon storyline. Think I might do a few of them in black actually. And maybe a forest camo look too for giggles.

Love the Iron Patriot and Moonstone. The chest detail must have been a pain.

Iron Patriot and Ms. Marvel (Moonstone) would be a great two pack. I bet your Dark Avengers will be the next collectors box this fall. BTW, I'm ripping off your A.I.M. soldier idea.

Yaya: After all the coats of paint I had to do for Iron Patriot, they better not make him! Touch up after touch up, trying to keep the colors in the line of the armor was drivin me nuts. But I just had to beat jestergoblin to the forum!
One suggestion for the AIM Agent...build-up a "wedge" on the bottom of his head so he's not having to look up at Flying Iron Man. It's the only way I could pose him and not look goofy.
