"Time" for wishful thinking for a Squad line with the Doctor Who figures. Heck, I might he only one here interested but will do my part to support the line. If anyone in the UK knows more or sees it on the pegs let me know. www.doctorwhotoys.net/news.htm& tardis-and-torchwood-treasures.blogspot.com/2008/11/doctor-who-time-squad-figures.htmlCharacter Options have recently revealed that they will be releasing a new set of Doctor Who figures early next year. The range will be called Time Squad and consist of miniature figures that are designed in a cartoon way. An image of some of them can be seen above thanks to Doctor Who Toys and figures confirmed for release are; The Doctor, Davros, a Dalek, the Supreme Dalek, Dalek Sec, a Cyberman, a Weeping Angel, a Clockwork robot, a Sycorax, a Sontaran, a Pyrovile, a Slitheen, an Ood, a Scarecrow and Vashta Nerada. They are expected for release in January and will go on sale in packs of two and five. We are currently unaware how much these packs will cost but more information will be posted as and when it becomes available. Will you be buying these figures when they are released?

Since they have the same crouching stance as SHS, I'm sure they're in scale with Squad.
Unlike the Mattel Imaginext line which is a bit larger than SHS.

that is awesome news.
I hope they will be available over here in the states. if not we may need to arrange a bulk buy to save on shipping.
shouldn't they be Time Heroes or some kind of heroes to go with all the other lines?
all i know is i want them badly. and we need to make a section for them.

Since it's not Hasbro doing them, they probably want to avoid using the whole 'Heroes' name.
Since they're already copying the Hasbro style for the figures.

Better not be a hoax! otherwise I have to take all my extra Padme x6 and make my own Astrid and Rose. BTW: I just place a big order to get the Classic Series, less the Greel/Sin pack which was out of stock. Decent price with free shipping and will arrive 12/5. ~~~TOM BAKER!!! (yeah)! The companion set is out of Stock for now but I probably will get it ordered soon. www.impulsecreations.net/catalog/toys-doctor-who-c-3726_3727.html

That looks great! I used to watch the good Dr. when I was a kid, back in the Tom Baker days too.
I've been trying to get a Dalpol K9 figure from the 3 3/4 line to go with my Cylon, Old Bob, VINCent and B9 robots.

I have been able to buy from TRUS San Jose and Redwood City California the 5" characters and RC Dalek in the store also! They are about 1/2 year behind the UK boys. Current stock at TRUS here of Doctor Who 5" characters: Ood, Donna, Tenant with Adipose, and Proviile. I got lucky in early 2008 with the Regenerator two pack, Gold Dalek, Rose/K9 and Tenant with glasses.

thanks for the offer, just missing Greel/Sin pack which I could snag off ebay after the holidays. Impulsecreations had the rest and the current Series 4. I really like the detail and quality of these 5" lines.
